Accommodations

  • At what time do we have to check-in and check-out if we have an accommodation booked?
    The time of entry for the accommodations is from 4:00 pm and the departure time is until 10:00am. If the client arrives before 4:00 p.m., he will be able to enjoy our facilities, even if he does not have access to his accommodation yet.
  • Do we need to pay any deposit?
    Yes, a deposit of 100.00€ in cash will be requested for each accommodation. The deposit will be returned on the departure day after the staff has revised the accommodation.
  • Can a specific accommodation number be requested?
    No, you cannot reserve a certain accommodation with a specific number, but the client can write down their preferences while doing his reservation and the campsite will do everything possible to fulfill them.
  • Are dogs or other pets allowed in the accommodation?
    Dogs are allowed in the “Puppy Bungalow” accommodations, if they are not classed as dangerous breeds.
  • Are babies and children included in the maximum capacity of people when booking an accommodation?
    Yes, children and babies are included in the maximum accommodation capacity.
  • Can barbecues be used next to the accommodations?
    Yes, each accommodation has its own barbecue.
  • Are there pillows in the bedrooms?
    Yes, there are pillows on the beds in the bedrooms.
  • Do you include bedding and towels?
    No, but you can rent them at reception.
  • Do we have to clean the bungalows before leaving?
    Yes, on the last day, before leaving, you must leave the accommodation in the same conditions of order and cleanliness that you found at your arrival. In case it is not clean, part of the deposit will be charged.
  • Can we rent any high chair, crib or baby bath?
    Yes, you can rent them at reception.
  • Do the accommodations have a parking space?
    Yes, each accommodation has a parking space next to it.
  • How many cars are included in the price?
    One car is allowed in each accommodation. For any other car you can rent an extra parking space at reception, subject to availability. You can also park in the adjoining streets of the campsite.

Plots

    No, you cannot reserve a certain plot with a specific number, but the client can write down their preferences while doing his reservation and the campsite will do everything possible to fulfill them.
  • Are babies and children included in the maximum capacity of people when booking a plot?
    Yes, children and babies are included in the maximum capacity of the plot.
  • Are dogs or other pets allowed on the plot?
    Yes, if they are not classed as dangerous breeds
  • Can barbecues be used on the plot?
    Yes, they can use barbecues on the plots.
  • Is the electricity included in the price? What is the maximum power to which we can be connected?
    Yes, electricity is included in the price. The maximum power is 6 amps.
  • Is the water connection included in the price?
    Yes, the water connection is included in the price.
  • Can we rent cribs, highchairs or baby baths?
  • Yes, you can rent them at reception.
  • Do the plots have a parking space?
  • Cars must be parked on the same plot. In case you do not have enough space, you can rent an extra parking space or also park in the adjoining streets of the campsite.
  • How many cars are included in the price?
  • A single car or caravan is included in the price.

  • Yes, the campsite is right in front of the sea.
  • Is there Wi-Fi connection in the campsite?
  • Yes, can buy Wifi tickets at reception.
  • Can I pay by credit or debit card at the camping facilities?
  • Yes, no problem.
  • Is it necessary to wear the identification bracelet during the entire stay?
  • Yes, it is obligatory for all customers over 4 years of age to wear it during the entire stay.
  • Do you rent refrigerators?
    You can rent a fridge subject to availability. Reservations are made to an external company, but we can make your reservation from reception.
  • Do you rent bicycles?
    You can rent bicycles subject to availability. Reservations are made to an external company, but we can make your reservation from reception.
  • Do you rent cars?
    You can rent a car subject to availability. Reservations are made to an external company, but we can make your reservation from reception.
  • In what period are there shows or activities for children?
    The activities program takes place during the months of July and August.
  • At what age can children go to the Miniclub?
    Children between 4 and 12 years old can go to the Miniclub.

Swimming pools and Waterslides

  • Can children go to the pools alone?
  • Children under the age of 14 will not be able to access the swimming pools alone. There is an authorization that they can have signed by their parents in order to access the pools alone.
  • Which is the minimum height required so children can use the Waterslides alone?
    The minimum height to use the water slides without an adult is 130 cm.
  • Can I wear sunglasses in the pool?
    Specific swimming goggles are the only allowed. The use, in the water, of prescription or sun glasses (except lenses) or diving is not allowed. Graduated glasses and / or sun glasses will only be allowed on the surroundings of the pool when they have fasteners that avoid their impact on the ground.
